обыкновенный трастовый фонд
Фонд, учрежденный банком или трастовой компанией исключительно для осуществления инвестиций и реинвестиций вложенных в него средств банка или трастовой компании. Фонд действует в качестве попечителя, исполнителя, администратора или опекуна в полном соответствии с требованиями и правилами Совета управляющих Федеральной резервной системы, установленными для коллективных инвестиций трастовых фондов, учрежденных национальными банками, а также в соответствии с законами и правилами (при необходимости) нескольких штатов.
